Position Title Talent Manager

 

Department Human Resources

 

Reports To Administrator

  • Dotted line reporting to Central Human Resources Director

Major Duties & Responsibilities

 

Recruiting/Onboarding Support

  • Facilitate Open House to screen and interview candidates, working closely with the Clinical Team and Regional Supervisor team representatives.
  • Make hiring decisions based on branch needs working closely with Central Scheduling and Central Recruitment to meet WIGS goals.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System to identify, communicate, and record applicant progress.
  • Weekly Applicant Tracking System Reports to the Central Recruitment and Central Human Resources (total applicants, interviews, offers and hires; applicants and hires by referral source).
  • Complete New Hire Paperwork with potential applicants.
  • Complete I-9 forms for new hires.
  • Attend recruiting events as needed.

 

Orientation Process

  • Facilitate and instruct orientation training to complete on-boarding process.
  • Responsible for on-boarding all new hires in applicable HRIS systems upon completion of orientation.
  • Send completed personnel and Medical file forms to Central HR upon completion of orientation.

 

Performance Management

  • Support company Caregiver retention efforts by acting as employee relations advocate
  • Manage the Caregiver performance management action plan including report analysis and performance counseling working closely with Central Scheduling to investigate incidents.
  • Complete first report of employee injury and submit report to Central HR.
  • Conduct performance evaluations with assigned Caregivers.

 

HR Administration

  • Responsible for personnel and medical file recordkeeping and compliance in accordance with company standards.
  • Approve Time Off Requests for assigned Caregivers and send appropriate notification to Central Scheduling.
  • Monitor employee absences and escalate extended leave requests to Central HR.
  • Assist Caregivers with Program enrollments and changes and send to Central HR.
  • Assist Caregivers with Benefit enrollment working closely with Central HR.
  • Use of HRIS systems to manage Caregiver information.
  • Assist Caregivers with accessing the online learning system.
  • Special projects as assigned.

 

 

 

Manages the following positions Assigned Caregivers

 

Education Requirements Associate's Degree Preferred. At least 3 years in responsible decision making positon. Experience leading a team preferred.

 

Skill Requirements Knowledge of basic office equipment, intermediate computer skills to include data entry; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational skills; Detail oriented; Excellent Customer Service; Strong initiative; Ability to succeed in fast paced environment

 

Physical Requirements Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
